Management consultant and career guide
I'm a management consultant with more than 11 years of experience in strategy, organizational design and performance management. My work covers job architecture, pay structures, KPI and OKR systems, workforce planning and talent development.
I've led projects in the public sector, defense, technology, food and beverage, fintech and telecoms. Alongside that work I run a career guidance practice for professionals, certified by the NCDA.
What I believe
Most organizations and professionals already have part of the answer. It's buried under noise, politics or habit. My job is to ask the right questions, say what I see, and help you build a plan you own. If you want someone to agree with everything, I'm not the right fit. If you want a straight read and someone who stays accountable to results, we'll work well together.

The CCSP™ credential from the National Career Development Association (NCDA) certifies competence across 12 core areas of career development practice.
In practice it means my career guidance follows established theory, uses validated assessments, and keeps to a clear ethical code, including confidentiality.
Most assessments describe personality. The GC Index® describes how a person makes an impact at work: who generates ideas, who drives them, who turns them into results. That makes it practical for team design, succession and role fit.
I use it as part of advisory work, always tied to a business question.
